Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Arcopedico Canada. We believe you will love Arcopedico’s healthy footwear as much as we do. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We will happily accept returns on unworn merchandise, in perfect condition, shipped within 15 days of your original receipt of purchase. Please read below for the return rules and procedures.
Sale Items: Returns are accepted on items discounted up to 25%.
All sale items discounted over 25% are a Final Sale and do not qualify for return and refund. Sale prices will not be extended past the sale end date. Please read below for the return rules and procedures which apply to discounted items up to 25%.
Return Rules and Procedure:
Please begin with sending us an email to request your return.
Contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your item to receive a return number (to be written clearly on the outside of the return parcel). Let us know the reason you wish to return your shoes and please include the invoice number on your receipt as well as the original shipping address where the shoes were received.
The shoes must be in new condition and unworn outdoors.
The shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged box, with all labels in tact or in the same condition as received. If any damage occurred during shipment please include this information in your return request email.
All returns must include the original receipt of purchase in the box.
Items to be returned must be packaged with care and the return number, that will be provided to you, must be written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
Returns must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the item.
Due to our generous free shipping anywhere in Canada policy, return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and are not refundable. Please do not send items “C.O.D” or we will deduct that amount from your refund. “Return to Sender” shipping fees will also be deducted from any refunds, so please double check that the shipping address is correct prior to shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds may not be issued for items sent to us outside of our return guidelines, however, we understand … life happens. Arcopedico Canada reserves the right to issue partial refunds with up to a 20% restocking fee in circumstances where all the return guidelines have not been met but a reasonable explanation (in our estimation) is provided as to why.

Colour in Photos:
We display the most accurate colour possible in the images we take, we do not use filters in our photography and use only high resolution images. Be aware that different devices (ie. Computer, laptop, phone, or tablet) may all have displays calibrated differently and may show colour in photos quite differently than they appear in person. Product returns and refunds may not be covered based on colour not being as you expected. Our team is always ready and reachable through email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to discuss the colour of an item prior to purchasing.
We aim to offer the best advice possible prior to purchase however, please understand that shoe fit will vary in many ways from person to person and we are only able to give information about our most common experience, which may not apply to every foot. We base our size conversions on years of in store experience as well as over a decade of working specifically with Arcopedico. Please understand, there are exceptions to every rule and our recommendation may not work for everyone. Ultimately size is the choice of the customer and we cannot be held responsible if the shoe fit is not 100% compatible with your individual foot.
If you have encountered a manufacture defect within 6 months of purchase please email photos and a brief description of the defect to email@example.com and we will assess the defect and work with you to find a solution. If a return is required return shipping fees are not covered under warranty and will be at the expense of the customer.
